We want you to be 100% peachy happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy, we are pleased to offer a full refund - simply return your order to us within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • The products are completely unused, unwashed and undamaged. Please ensure when trying on your knickers, you do so over existing underwear and without removing the hygiene strip.
  • The products are returned in their original condition with hygiene strips, tags and packaging.
  • The appropriate section of our Returns Form is completed and enclosed in your return.
  • Your return is received by us within the 14 day time frame.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of return postage. Here, we recommend you choose a postal service which allows you to track your return/offers proof of delivery.

Once we receive your return and have carefully inspected it, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and start processing your refund.

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return your product then place another order.

REFUNDS

Refunds are usually issued within 5 working days, but please allow up to 10 working days.

Refunds do not include initial delivery costs.

For international returns, we are unable to refund the cost of any duty or customs charges.

FAULTY GOODS/MISTAKES WITH YOUR ORDER

We thoroughly check your order before posting out to you however, in the rare event that your order is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, please get in touch with us using our Contact Form so we can arrange for the cost of your return and organise a refund.

CANCELLATION

Under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order.

If you wish to do so, please contact us as soon as possible, however, you have up until 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order.

If we have already dispatched your order, please follow the same procedure outlined above for returns. Please ensure you state "cancellation" as your reason for return on our Returns Form.

As with returns, we do not cover the cost of return postage and cannot accept your cancellation if the returned goods do not adhere to the 4 main points detailed above.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or cancellations which do not comply with this Returns Policy.
